Concurrent vCPUs are the processor cores your agents can use at the same time. An agent only needs them while it works. Agents waiting for their next run need none.

How does pricing work?
You pay a fixed price per month: €49 for Starter, €490 for Pro. It doesn’t grow with the number of users, agents or runs. The plan sets how much can work at the same time. Enterprise is priced for your setup.
What are concurrent vCPUs?
The processor cores your agents and apps can use at the same time: 10 on Starter, 50 on Pro. A working agent takes 2 by default, so on Starter five agents can work at once, on Pro 25. Agents only use vCPUs while they work.
Who pays for the AI models?
Through zwrm’s model gateway, your agents use open models such as Mistral, GLM and Kimi, hosted in the EU. You pay for that usage from your prepaid zwrm credits.
On every plan you can also connect your own Claude or OpenAI account. The agents then use it, and Anthropic or OpenAI bill that usage to you directly.
In the dashboard you can cap each agent’s runs and model spending per day.
Can I try zwrm for free?
Yes. Try for free takes you to the dashboard, and new accounts start with a free trial. You don’t need a credit card or a sales call. Each person and each company can use one trial.
What do I get with Enterprise?
The whole platform on your own servers, in your data center or private cloud, with unlimited usage and dedicated performance. Your team can run it, or we manage it for you. The price depends on your setup, so talk to us.
How much do I save with annual billing?
10%. Billed annually, Starter costs €44.10 a month and Pro €441.00 a month, paid in advance for the year.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You change plans, switch between monthly and annual billing and cancel in the dashboard. Your invoices are there too.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Without. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable.
