Integrations

Your agents work in the tools your team already uses.

Your mail, chats, CRM, docs and project tools, and any tool with an MCP server. Connect a tool once, choose which agents may use it, and each one works there through an account of its own.

Find a tool. See what agents read and write there.

Each card shows what an agent can read and write once the tool is connected, and how work starts there. Which of it a single agent may use is up to you.

Only the tools you select for each agent

Connect a tool once. Then decide which agent may use it.

Connections live in the zwrm gateway, not in the agents. Each agent gets the tools you pick for it, and nothing else.

  1. Connect once

Sign in to a tool in the dashboard or paste its API key. Credentials are stored encrypted in the gateway and never reach the machine the agent runs on.

  2. Pick the tools for each agent

An agent sees only the tools you select. Hedi can draft replies in Outlook without being able to send them. Switch a connection off and it is off for every agent.

  3. An account of its own

Scheduled runs, triggers and shared chats use the account you connected for the agent. It never falls back to a colleague’s: without its own sign-in, it is denied. Your tools show who wrote what.

  4. Logged, and approved where you want

Every tool call is logged with the agent, the account and the result. For connections you mark for approval, the run waits until someone approves the call.

Missing a tool? Add any MCP server, or send a webhook.

Many tools publish an MCP server. Paste its URL, choose how it signs in and which tools agents may use. Systems without one can start an agent run with a webhook.

MCP server

Any MCP server, your own included

It signs in without credentials, with an API key or headers, with one shared OAuth client, or with each member’s own OAuth sign-in. Tools you don’t select stay hidden from the agent.

Webhook

Events from any system

Each webhook has its own URL and secret. Signatures from GitHub, GitLab, Shopify, Sentry, Linear and Front are checked before a run starts, and the event becomes the agent’s task.

Tell us what lands on your desk every week. We’ll show you an agent doing it.

A demo with our team, in English or German. Bring one recurring task and the tools it touches.
