Every routine has three parts. When, what and who.
- 01
When it runs
On a schedule, like every Monday at 08:00 or the 1st of the month. Or on an event: a new order in your shop, a closed issue in GitHub, a message in Teams.
- 02
What it does
The job in plain words: which tool to read, what to do, where the result goes and what is left for a person to decide.
- 03
Who does it
The agent that runs it, with only the tools you connected for it. It works as its own user, so you can see what it changed.
Every run is logged.
The dashboard shows when each routine ran, what the agent did and what it left for you. Tools that send or change things can wait for your approval first.
- Schedules
- Daily, weekly, monthly or every hour on weekdays. If a run is still going when the next one is due, that one is skipped and logged, so runs never pile up.
- Events
- Webhooks from your shop, GitHub or your own systems, each with its own URL and secret. And messages in a Teams chat.

Change a routine in plain words. Or write your own the same way.
An instruction works when it tells the agent what you would tell a colleague. Here is the open invoices check, taken apart.
Every Friday at 2pm, check DATEV for invoices older than 14 days and draft reminders.
- When A day and a time, or the event that starts the routine.
- Where The tool and the place in it: info@, the Sales channel, the order list in Notion.
- What counts Numbers instead of judgement calls: older than 14 days, the 20 largest customers.
- What stays with you Draft instead of send, list instead of change, or ask first.
The same routine, adjusted
- Another rhythm
Every Monday and Thursday at 9am, check DATEV for invoices older than 14 days and draft reminders.
- Another rule
