Integration · HubSpot
Your sales agent in HubSpot. With the records your team keeps.
Toni works through HubSpot’s MCP server, signed in as a HubSpot user of its own. It reads contacts, companies and deals, and writes notes, tasks and deal updates where that user may.
Create an MCP auth app. Then sign in as the agent.
HubSpot needs one app registered by an admin. The rest happens in the zwrm dashboard.
- 01
Create the app in HubSpot
In HubSpot, open Development, then MCP Auth Apps, and create an app. Copy its client ID and secret.
- 02
Add HubSpot in zwrm
Pick HubSpot from the integrations in the dashboard, paste the client ID and secret, and add zwrm’s redirect URL to the app.
- 03
Sign in as the agent
Give the agent a HubSpot user and sign in with it from the agent’s page.
- 04
Choose the tools
Select the HubSpot tools the agent may use, for example only reading tools for a reporting agent.
You don’t set scopes on the app: HubSpot derives them from the tools and from what the user grants when signing in.
Read the docsWhat agents can do in HubSpot. As far as their HubSpot user may.
HubSpot’s MCP server decides which records and actions exist. The agent’s HubSpot user decides which of them it may use.
Agents can read
- Contacts, companies and deals
- Tickets, line items and products
- Activities: notes, calls, meetings, emails and tasks
Agents can write
- Updates to contacts, companies and deals, such as a new deal stage
- Notes and tasks on a record
- New contacts and companies
Agents can’t
- See records its HubSpot user can’t see
- Use HubSpot tools you didn’t select for it
- Get access without a person: signing in is always a person’s step
What an agent can reach follows its HubSpot user’s permissions, like for anyone on your team.
A HubSpot user of its own. With your team’s permissions.
Its own user
Toni signs in as a HubSpot user you create for it. Notes and changes carry that user, and it sees only what that user may see.
Signing in takes a person
Connecting an account always needs a person’s consent. No agent can grant itself access.
Only the tools you pick
Give a reporting agent only reading tools. Tools you don’t select stay hidden from it.
Every call logged
Each HubSpot call is logged with the agent, the account and the result, next to the run that made it.
Every run is logged in the dashboard, with the tools the agent called and what came back.
